I HEART fancy dress

Ah fancy dress occasions. They are a bit like buses, you wait for ages and then two turn up at once! A cliche perhaps but it's quite often true! In my case it was two seperate events with a vintage theme.

Firstly a 50's Car show and then a Vintage fayre of which I chose the 40's ( My favey ). One of my favourite things about fancy dress is that people appreciate you going to extra lengths to bring the event to life and of course it's a great conversation starter!

There was a 'Best dressed' contest at the Vintage fayre, of which I was entered, it was won by a lovely lady in 40's daywear and her two lovely twin daughters in evacuee dress, fabulous!
