Payment

We take payment via PayPal, it's secure online payment processing. You can pay using your PayPal account or make a one off secure payment using a credit/debit card.

Returns

Our costumes are of course fabulous but if you need to return them as they are not the right fit or even worse your party has been cancelled, contact us to arrange return within 7 day's. if the item is in a satisfactory condition you shall recieve a refund of the price of the costume plus p&p.

The return p&p costs are down to you, the customer.

If an item is faulty/damaged then contact us to arrange return within 7 days, for a full refund of price and p&p. If the item has faults due to manafacture or damaged in transit you shall recieve the return postage costs too.

When contacting us please supply us with your name, costume purchased, date of purchase and reason for return.

Delivery

Delivery cost's £3.95 and currently only includes mainland UK.
We deliver via Royal mail first class recorded, therefore it requires a signature.

Delivery is usally next day (if ordered before 4pm) but please allow 2-3 days for delivery

During adverse weather conditions delivery may be delayed, you will be contacted if such issues occur.

Privacy policy

The Dressing up shop.com will not sell/transfer or supply your details to a third party other than our manafacturer for delivery purposes. Occasionally we may contact you regarding promotions, sale's etc.
